MM9 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the mm9 platform at mm9.bz, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and mm9. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered on mm9, including but not limited to sports betting on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and other markets, fish games, bingo, slots, live casino, VIP programme participation and all promotional offers. Using any one of these services constitutes acceptance of the full terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on mm9 and use its services, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

3 Account Responsibilities

Once your mm9 account is created, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your login credentials. This includes every bet placed, every game played, every deposit made and every withdrawal requested. mm9 cannot and will not be held responsible for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must keep your password confidential at all times. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact mm9 support immediately so the account can be secured. mm9 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

• You are responsible for ensuring your account details remain accurate and up to date.

• You must not use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mm9 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

mm9 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. Any attempt to redirect funds to a different person's account will result in the withdrawal being declined and a review of your account activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mm9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets on cricket and PSL markets, cashback offers and VIP-exclusive rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant offer page and must be read before opting in.

The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on mm9 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed using real-money stakes.
• Wagering requirements specify a multiplier (e.g., 20x) that must be reached before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• Only bets placed with real-money funds count towards wagering requirements unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited after the expiry date.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets on mm9, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, international cricket, football and esports, are governed by the specific rules published for each market. Results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport. In the event of a dispute, the official result stands.

The following general betting and gaming rules apply across the mm9 platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In-play bets are subject to slight delays due to data feed processing. mm9 is not responsible for bets placed based on information that was already outdated at the time of placement.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or declared void by the governing body, bets placed on that event will be void and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• mm9 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets or for specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the mm9 platform — including but not limited to the mm9 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, text and software — is the intellectual property of mm9 or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any mm9 content without prior written permission. This includes screenshotting or recording game content for commercial use, sharing promotional materials in misleading contexts, or using the mm9 brand to imply endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.

9 Privacy and Data

mm9 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform usage. 10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension and Closure

mm9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Actions that may lead to account suspension include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspicious betting patterns or behaviour that suggests manipulation, collusion or abuse.
• Non-payment or chargeback of deposits made via card or other payment methods.
• Activity that suggests the account is being used by someone other than the registered account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, mm9 will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email or phone number. Funds held in a legitimately funded account will not be forfeited without cause. However, funds derived from or associated with a prohibited activity will be void and will not be returned.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason can do so by contacting support. A closed account can be reopened on request, subject to identity verification, unless the account was closed due to self-exclusion, in which case a mandatory cooling-off period applies.

12 Limitation of Liability
